Community Workshop Classes in Corozal Town

ROC Ambassador Faride Ahmad was born and raised in Corozal Town and has a heart for service. As a yoga teacher and member of ROC she believes that yoga can help the Corozal community. She believes that Yoga helps people be a better version of themselves. That is why she gives free Yoga classes to her community.
Since receiving her 200 hr yoga certification through Om Shanti Belize School of Yoga, Faride has been teaching daily Yoga sessions for over a year . Her classes take place overlooking to the beautiful Corozal Bay. Her Yoga classes have been a source of inspiration and motivation for Faride as shehas seen many people have success stories and change their lives for the better. She also conducts meditation workshops with ROC board member Jerry Enriquez and together they have introduced many members of the community to this lovely practice.
