Wagners Youth Facility at The Belize Central Prison (Kolbe Foundation)

As a result of the positive feedback from the clients and supervisors at the Belize Youth Hostel ROC was asked to provide yoga classes to Wagner’s Youth Facility ( Under 18 serious offenders) within the Belize Central Prison. ROC yoga instructors teach 2 classes weekly. A typical class includes a 10 minute mindfulness centering and breathing exercise, an asana practice and final relaxation. Classes last 1 hr.
