Magali started practicing ashtanga yoga some 5 years ago, and has found that the practice of yoga has helped her in her very stressful profession as an attorney-at-law . She believes that in addition to the physical health benefits, yoga has enabled her to become more self-aware and enabled her to better cope with stress, and believes that yoga can transform a person .
