Rico is an entrepreneur, working professional, and permaculture gardener. He has 10 years experience in project design, project management as well as strategic and communications planning. In recent years, he has taken a liking to urban permaculture gardening, which he views as a path to healing, personal development, enlightenment and an overall improved quality of life. His mission through ROC is to guide others to harmonize body, mind and spirit by reconnecting with nature through the joy of gardening.
