Freda , Founder of Freedom YOGA in the capital city of Belmopan, is an internationally certified Yoga Instructor from S-VYASA Yoga University in Bangalore, India. She is also trained in Power Yoga, Yin/Restorative Yoga and Children’s Yoga. Freda, as an Ambassador for Rhythm of Change (ROC) has shared this Practice of Yoga with the young men and women of KOLBE Foundation and the young boys and girls of the Youth Hostel, King’s Children’s Home and Marla’s House of Hope. She promotes yoga as a Practice to achieve wellness for ALL.
