We at Rhythm of Change, Belize (ROC), would like to  express our heartfelt thank you to  Amalia Mai, Andrea Polanco, Rick Romero, Marleni Cuellar and all those at Great Belize Productions for recognizing the work ROC is doing throughout Belize.

We are so grateful for the beautiful documentary exposing some of the work of ROC which aired on New Year’s Eve. All of us at ROC couldn’t have asked for a better start to 2018 and we are honoured that you recognized our quest to spread the beautiful science of yoga and mindfulness to at risk communities in Belize.

ROC will continue to strive to bring out the best in our society and strongly believe yoga and mindfulness will accomplish this by allowing people to utilize the tools to find calm, forgiveness and peace within themselves. We feel confident that this documentary will touch the hearts of many throughout the Caribbean.
