Lisa is an International Ambassador for ROC based in India.

Lisa has been a student of yoga, meditation and holistic therapies for 15 years.

She is a Sattva Yoga Master Teacher, a Meditation Initiator, a Craniosacral Therapist, a Sound & Energy Therapist, a Breathwork Facilitator and a Spiritual Guide.

She is from Ireland but spent 5 years travelling the world before finally settling in Rishikesh, India, the land of yoga. She has been living at an ashram there for the last 2 years, serving, learning, growing, deepening into the practice, into the wisdom.

Lisa is working with the prison systems in Ireland and Belize to bring classes to the inmates.

She offers classes online (to groups and privates), on breathwork, meditation, asana, mantra, and full yoga journeys (integrated practices). She, also, works with clients 1-on-1 tailoring specific practices to their needs, helping them overcome any issues that they are dealing with.

Her intention is to uplift and serve in any way she can.
