Join us for the 4th Annual Belize International Yoga Festival
Belize International Yoga Festival is a Family Affair with a variety of Yoga & Meditation classes including Tai Chi, Qigong, Hormonal Yoga, Children’s Yoga, Yoga for Stress, Yoga for improved mobility, and Chair Yoga.
Participate in Breathwork and Health-Conscious Workshops, and experience Holistic Therapies like Reflexology, Reiki, Stress Relief Massages and Henna Body Art.
Join the discussion and learn about the concept of Digital Minimalism and the incorrect use of technology contributing to anxiety because the brain is not slowing down.
Delicious Vegan and Vegetarian Food and Drinks will be available for sale.
Key note Speaker, Quentin Vennie, a best-selling author, entrepreneur and wellness expert will share the story of his journey to wellness, turning trauma into triumph.
This year, we’re excited to be hosting special musical guests and local favourites: Kadence – plus many other local and international guest teachers and facilitators.
Festival Day Passes are only $10 at the gate. Children under 12 enter FREE.
Proceeds go to Rhythm of Change Belize, a non-profit that shares yoga, mindfulness and stress relief tools to Belizean communities countrywide!
