Agnes is an International Ambassador for ROC in Germany. She is a  E-RYT 500, REIKI practitioner and Thai yoga body worker . She was the founder of “BB Yoga Flow” in Placencia in 2012 where she shared her love for yoga and healing for five years, expanding and serving the local yoga community. She has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and received her first teaching certification in 2012 at the White Lotus Foundation in Santa Barbara. Since then Agnes furthered her knowledge about yoga and wellness through trainings in Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga, restorative yoga, hatha yoga, REIKI and Thai Yoga bodywork, as well as deepened her practices through extensive studies in India.

Currently Agnes is travelling around the world with her family before returning to Germany where she hopes to keep inspiring people through yoga and wellness and supporting the wonderful work of  ROC.
